Loudoun Staff Mark Cormack - Director, Ticket Sales, and Service Douglas Raftery - Executive Business Officer Vanessa Bollinger - Marketing and Community Engagement Professional Meeting Discussions The staff at Loudoun who met with us wanted to figure out our group goals and any questions we had for them. They advised us that DC United is not operating Loudoun at an FO level, so it is the 3 of them running operations. There were questions regarding our cooperation with the Loudon Stampede and how we can coexist with them. Along with this, there were discussions about a potential supporter's group night. Another topic within the meeting was the rules and regulations regarding smoke bombs. The USL rules state that the team must be the ones to purchase and store smoke bombs. Loudoun has full clearance from the fire marshalls for the permitted use of smoke in the stadium. Angus said a plan for BPS is to make a monthly schedule graphic for the teams we support, Vanessa asked if we would include the promo nights they are working on. Angus said that we are trying to fit 4 team's schedules in one graphic that would be readable on a phone, so it probably won't happen. Tailgating The parking lot at Segra is owned by the county so tailgating with alcohol is prohibited due to county laws. If you are to bring a grill it cannot take up a parking space and it is not permitted to leave a grill on the premises. In regards to tailgating within the facility, there need to be several health regulations met for the team to be able to grill and sell food. Tailgating areas are a thought within the grounds for people to lounge and enjoy time with other fans. A beer garden is also in the works with an aim to sell local craft beers. Metro Access The new Silver Line expansion has the potential to make access to Segra Field easier but there must be conversations with WMATA. The discussion with WMATA is one that Loudoun looks forward to making in the coming years.

PROJECTS, DUES, MEETINGS [1] CURRENT PROJECT The BPS board decided to be involved in this project without a poll, due to the fast project deadline. Washington Spirit and Devin Pugh and Welcome Back Player Packs! We are helping create a Welcome Pack for the team in conjunction with Spirit Squadron, 202 Unique, BPS, and potentially Rose Room Collective. We have ordered custom hair ties that read out Buzzard Point Social. See blog post below for our meeting notes from talking to Spirit Supporter Relations Manager Devin Pugh. [2] DUES We are in the process of determining the best way to collect dues. It is important to us that no one take personal financial losses to benefit the group, create merchandise or supply tailgates supplies. • STICKERS: BPS Vice President Christian, graciously has paid for sticker proofs. BPS will be selling these to reimburse this purchase. • HAIR TIES: BPS President Angus graciously has paid for the hair ties. Michelle, as treasurer, will be sending out a poll to help reimburse this payment. [3] FUTURE MEETINGS BPS Board Meeting with Nelson from DC United Nelson would like to meet with the BPS Board to discuss the goals of the group and our plans for collaborating with the other groups. This meeting will also be to address any questions our group has. This meeting will be similar to our meeting with Devin Pugh. BPS Board Meeting with Loudoun United GAME DAY RELATED [1] COLLABORATION WITH SUPPORTERS GROUPS & IN THE STANDS Capo Stands & La Banda The supporters group La Banda (the main drummers and chant leaders in the section) has still not provided a response to the capo stands. If other groups are not willing to have the installation of capo stands then the board is willing to change the view on the matter. At the current moment, we are in favor of capo stands Screaming Eagles Supporters Group BPS President Angus and Screaming Eagles President Jimi Butler had a call in which Jimi had offered BPS the opportunity to sell food at the Screaming Eagles tailgate in which we would retain all the profits. At the moment we are discussing this collaboration and any others in the future. [2] PHYSICAL TAILGATE? Check up on Water St. (our tailgate spot last season for before games) BPS President Angus will check if Water St. is still available for tailgating in a week or so to assess the location to ensure the best possible experience come the start of the season. The information on Water St. will be communicated with the other groups so they can inform their members. [3] TICKETS Away Matches/Tickets Trips are planned out by Screaming Eagles and District Ultras. Schedules and prices will be posted on our social media along with places to tailgate and eat/drink. We may miss some information regarding the SE bus trips so please check their road trip twitter account: @SE_Road_Trips OTHER THINGS TO ADDRESS
